With a passion for real estate that ignited in my youth, I embarked on a career in residential lending upon obtaining my broker's license from the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. Starting as a mobile mortgage representative at TD Bank, I then transitioned to the broker channel with Mortgage Intelligence, honing my expertise in the industry.

In my 20s, I nurtured my love for real estate by purchasing my first investment property. This initial foray sparked a decision to pursue a full-fledged career in real estate, leading me to acquire my real estate license in 2007 and my broker's license two years later.

Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of conducting business across Canada, from Ontario to British Columbia to Montreal, Quebec. My ventures extended to commercial real estate, encompassing diverse transactions such as purchasing places of worship, negotiating retail leases, and facilitating the sale of businesses.

Over the years, I've been honored to receive multiple awards for my contributions to the residential real estate sector. To augment my knowledge and skill set, I've pursued various designations in the field, including CLO (Certified Leasing Officer), FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute), and CLHMS specialist with Guild recognition. Currently, I'm furthering my education with an MBA from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.

Volunteering with OREA on their finance and audit committee and with REIC on their marketing and communications committee in 2013/2014 has allowed me to give back to the industry. Looking ahead, I've made the strategic move to the Behar Group in 2020, where I am focused on expanding my commercial real estate business while continuing to provide exceptional residential services to my family and friends.
